At Google Cloud Next 2024, which ran from April 9 to 11 in Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, we explored the latest tech trends and met some cool companies showcasing their innovations. One of the highlights was chatting with Florian Knollmann from LogRocket.
LogRocket is all about digital experience analytics. They help companies understand what users are doing on their websites and apps, and identify where they’re running into trouble. Florian explained that LogRocket's mission is to spot user issues before they affect things like sales or user satisfaction.
For example, e-commerce businesses use LogRocket to track their checkout process. They can see where users might be dropping off and figure out if there are design issues, like a menu that doesn’t work properly. But it’s not just for e-commerce—LogRocket also helps healthcare providers like Blue Cross Blue Shield to ensure that patient portals work smoothly and guide users to their medical records without issues.
At the conference, LogRocket showed off their new AI tool, Galileo AI. This tool scans user sessions to find the most important ones where users faced problems or left a process midway. For instance, if a healthcare site’s users can’t access their lab reports, Galileo AI highlights these sessions for review.
Florian mentioned that the best part of the conference was meeting so many interesting people and enjoying fun activities like Cornhole. Overall, it was an exciting event for LogRocket, offering valuable insights and great conversations.
